Chicken on a Stick
- Boneless chicken (tenderloins if available), amount up to you
- Italian or other dressing (your choice)
- BBQ sauce
- Garlic, pepper, other spices to taste
- Bamboo skewers
- If chicken isn't tenderloins, slice in to long strips.
- Marinate chicken in the refrigerator in dressing and spices at least overnight.
- Double or triple skewer chicken on skewers. (Pierce chicken at least at each end, for larger pieces also the middle. Chicken should be fairly well attached to the bamboo skewer.)
- Brush with BBQ sauce
- Broil for 5 to 7 minutes
